Mizuumi — Poverty/obscure fighting games wiki. Some of the more notable stuff here includes Melty Blood, and Vampire Savior, but my favorites are Samurai Shodown 3 and Cyberbots.

Dream Cancel — SNK games wiki. You'll find a bunch of KOFs here, though 98 is still on SuperCombo. Also, Samurai Shodown VI is on here, as is Real Bout Fatal Fury 2.
